I made
cookies again! I love cookies, I think they're so good either with your mid-afternoon
cup of tea, or just before bed with milk, and when you warm them up in the
microwave for like 15 seconds and they are so beautifully gooey... hmmmm
You will
need:
- 110g unsalted butter
- 60g unrefined golden caster sugar
- 110g plain flour
- 15g cocoa powder
- 100g milk (or white) chocolate chips
Firstly,
preheat the oven to 180° C, and line two baking trays with greaseproof paper.
Cream together the sugar and butter until it is nice and fluffy, then sieve in
the flour and cocoa powder. Next just add in the chocolate chips, leaving some
to put on top. Then divide the mixture and roll into little balls, and place on
the baking trays. Flatten them slightly and press in the remaining chocolate
chips. Bake in the oven for around 10 minutes, or until they are nicely golden
brown. Remove and enjoy whilst still warm!
