White Blazer

You may have seen in my Spring Style 2015 that I loooove how chic and sophisticated a white blazer looks, and after months of searching for the perfect one, I FINALLY found it..

#CURLPOWER

Having naturally cutly hair can sometimes be such a faff, especially when you don't know how to style it properly. I have FINALLY after 22 years of struggling with it, learnt how what works for me, so here are some tips for all of you curly hair girls...

Top 5 Bold Lips

It's no secret that I am a huuuuge fan of a bold lip, like I would literally wear a bright lipstick everyday if it was acceptable! Soto show my appreciation, I have put together a list of my top 5 go to bold lips for you...

Fake That Summer Glow

I know I’m not exactly pale, but I do love to 'fake tan' sometimes, especially leading up to the warmer months, and the Dove Summer Glow is the one I usually reach for.

Cranberry Eye

Pixi Glow Tonic

Nude Lip

Green Smokey Eye

Every Day Spring Makeup

So I reeeeaaaallllyyy wanted to show you all my every day go to make up for Spring, and I was finding it SO difficult to do it as a stand alone blogpost, so I thought I would film a little video going through all of the different products I used to create this look.

I am still so surprised that I managed to pull this off (kind of - if you make it near the end you'll know that my camera gave up haha oooops) because I never thought I would be brave enough to put myself out there. I feel like this has given me so much more confidence even though I am just talking to a camera, and I really loved putting this together so hopefully there will be many more to come!

I hope you all like this look. It is very simple so perfect for every day, and can be easily taken to a night time look by adding a red lip and falsies!

Please let me know what you think! And please subscribe as well! It would mean the WORLD to me!

P.S. I know I'm suuuper awkward in this and I am sorry! hahah

Makeup Revolution Blush Palette in Sugar and Spice

Makeup Revolution is one of those make up brands that just popped up out of nowhere, so I thought it would only be right for me pick something up. I have recently really got into wearing blusher (click here to see my last post) so I got the Ultra Blush Palette in Sugar and Spice. I was originally tempted to go for the Hot Spice one which is more bronze but I chose this one as I thought that the pinky shades would go with my skin tone a lot better.

Okay let's start with the packaging. It comes in a very sleek, black, glossy packaging which is nice and sturdy and perfect for travelling. The best thing about this is the fact that you also get a huge mirror in it too! Overall, it feels like such good quality and is so compact. Now, this palette is £6 and you get 8 blushes in it which is just incredible! I was so surprised to see how much product you get as well, I was expecting them to be a lot smaller.

You get 2 brown-ish contouring shades, 4 pink blushes, 1 baked blush and 1 bakes highlighter. I wouldn't actually use the brown shades to contour as I found that they were actually a little too pink for a contour, but they are perfect as a bronzer, or on those days and nights when you feel like going slightly Smokey with your eyes. The other 4 blushes are all such nice shades for spring summer, as they brighten up your face. The baked blush is not my favourite as it is reeeallllyyy shimmery - I would have much preferred this to have golden shimmer but it is quite silver and doesn't really suit me. The highlighter is nice. Again, not my favourite highlighter, but it does the job, adds such a nice glow to your skin when applied on the tops of the cheekbones.

So as these blushes were so cheap, I wasn't really expecting much when it came to the pigmentation of them, but boy was I wrong. You literally just need one swipe and you're done. Amazing! The textures of them is so soft and buttery which I love. They blend really seamlessly and give such a smooth and silky finish. They are very very light on the skin and are not chalky at all. And the lasting power is amazing too, lasting most of the day.

Overall, I am SO impressed with this palette. Everything from the packaging to the texture is amazing, and all for such an affordable price!

Weleda Skin Food

I am not even exaggerating when I say this has changed my life. Throughout the whole of March, my skin decided to explode and I had 83724 spots on my face which was totally not fun! So in a moment of weakness, I ended up on Feel Unique and got the Weleda Skin food and I do not regret a single thing.

After reading a bit about it online, I was expecting a consistency similar to the Origins Drink Up Intensive, BUT it is so much thicker than that! I like to take a tiny amount as a little goes a really long way, and just apply it over the areas which aren't really co-operating. I did this every night for two weeks and OH MY GOD, I can't even describe how much my skin has improved. I no longer have any spots anywhere and my face is so much more plump and fresh. Although I do have some slight scars where I had previously picked them I know, I know naughty Divya, I have found that they are fading too which is amazing! Another thing I love about this is that you can literally use it anywhere, on dry hands, elbows or knees.

I have since been using this less often as I was finding my skin was getting a bit oily, but I am now using it atleast twice a week and it is still working wonders!

Sleek Blushes

I've never been much of a blusher kind of girl. I think in total, I own five.

I bought these two blushes from Sleek a couple of months ago but never really used them. Recently though I pulled them out again and give them a whirl.

The one on the left is called Flushed and is a beautiful deep rose colour. It reminds me of MAC Breezy, and is lovely applied very lightly on the apples of your cheeks to give a beautiful flushed look. This is now my go to blush for when I'm going for a red lip! The other one is called Sahara. I love this one to add some colour to my face. It instantly adds a glow without being 'too much'. It is such a fab every day blush for when you don't want too much going on.

I love the textures of these blushes, they are really nice and buttery soft. They are super pigmented and have a really good colour payoff, and the lasting power is incredible, lasting all day on me! AND they are only £4.49!

I would whole heartedly recommend these, and I can't wait to try more!

Most Used: March 2015

This month, my skin has been suuuuper dry so I have been using the Body Shop Vitamin E Overnight Serum-in-Oil every night to inject some moisture back into it. I love this serum/oil, I think this is my third one, but a little goes a really long way and has not only help quench the thirst but has also visibly improved any hyperpigmentation that I had previously. I have been using this in conjunction with the Weleda Skin Food. I have a full post on this so I'm not going to say too much about this but it has literally saved my life! My favourite lipstick this month is MAC, Captive. It is a beautiful plum colour, and has a satin finish so is not drying on the lips at all. I love this applied lightly and then blotted for an everyday flushed look. I think it compliments my skin tone really well and I just haven't put it down all month! I have been using the Cool Cos Single Eyeshadow in 60 I posted about before Christmas a lot more this month. I like to pop this on my eyelid, really close to the lash line, instead of liquid liner it gives a beautiful undone look which I love for every day. My absolute favourite nail colour of all time has to be Essie Mint Candy Apple. It reminds me of the summer! And I just love the off white colour and how it looks on my hands. The Sleek Eyebrow Pencil in Dark has been my brow's BFF this month. I bought this a while ago, but didn't really use it that often as I just tend to reach for my MAC duo for my brows, but recently, I have reeeeaaalllyyy got back into this and it is SO easy to use! You basically just colour in all the gaps and then brush it out with the spooly on the other side. It gives such a nice natural looking brow, and as it has a slight waxy consistency, it lasts all day! The Mac Studio Fix Powder in NC40 is another old favourite of mine. I like to use a big fluffy powder brush (like the one in this post) swirl it all over my face, and I'm ready to roll! I have been wearing a lot more jewellery this month too! This watch is from River Island, and is so good because it is both silver and gold so it will literally go with every single outfit!

Victoria's Secret Body Sprays

I absolutely looooove body sprays. I love the fact that they are not as concentrated as perfumes, so they don't last as long, but still make you smell delicious, and they are just fab for keeping in your handbag for those time you're on some kind of public transport during rush hour time - you know what I mean!

When my parents went to The States last year, they brought back literally a whole suitcase of body mists from Bath and Body Works, but I am on the very last one so I figure it's time to try something new!

This time around, I went for the Victoria's Secret Body Mists. The three that I picked up (they were 3 for £15) were Pure Seduction, Love Spell and Mango Temptation. Pure seduction is my absolute favourite out of all three of them. It is so beautiful and floral. It is the described as 'succulent red plum and sweet freesia'. The plum definitely comes through a lot, which I love! It is so refreshing and calming, and is the perfect spring/summer scent.

Love Spell is very fruity, with a mix of 'lush cherry blossom and juicy peach'. I love this scent as it is again very summery and happy, but would also be a good evening scent too, for a sexy touch. It is very very sweet smelling with the peach being the dominant scent in this. Such a fab everyday scent.

And finally, the third one I got was Mango Temptation. As it suggests, this one is very fruity as well. 'An exotic kiss of mango nectar and sext hibiscus. Again, definitely a spring/summer scent, and is very fresh BUT I would say that this smells more like passion fruit than mango, it is very much sweet and sour.

I literally wear one of these every day. They are so good to use on a daily basis. The lasting power isn’t WOW but it will suffice!

Have you tried any of these? What is your every day go to scent?
